Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

My sister worked for a storage unit place in west chester oh and got a free unit. I have some stuff in her unit and she has quit working there and I can't get a hold of her. The boss wont let me in her unit to get my stuff. If I was to cut the lock on her unit could the employer press charges on me?

I wouldn't do that, especially if you are not the legal holder or tenant of that space. There are quite a few risks involved, to name several, damage to property, theft or damage to the property that is not yours, disclaimers on your sister's contract. I suggest contacting the owner of the units, explaining your situation, and asking what their policy is.
