waiver of notice of probate of will

I received a waiver of notice of probate of will from my sister to have me sign. Our father died a week ago and I don't know what the will says but I do know that she is the exector of the will. If I sign this notice am I forfetting my right to know what the will says.

I suggest you ask your sister for a copy, as the will is public record once filed. You give up no rights by signing the waiver except the right to receive a certified letter advising you the will has been submitted to probate.
