What are the laws concerning fair debit collection in my state and where may I get a copy of them for my self ?

I assume you mean fair "debt" collection rather than fair "debit" collection, so based upon that assumption, the FDCPA {Fair Debt Collection Practices Act} is the governing authority for debt collection in Oklahoma. It can be found at 15 U.S.C. �1692 et seq. You can find this statute on findlaw.com or other federal law sites. There may be some other statutes that apply depending upon your situation, for example the Consumer Protection Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and others.
