Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

If I do not pay a credit card debt that is in my name only, what are the consequences? All real estate is held jointly with my wife or my sisters.

With your sisters the credit card company could file an action to partition the property. With your wife it is exempt from execution because it is held as "entireties" property.
