Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

i have been sued through the courts for a credit card debt of $16,000. how long after formal suit are they able to attempt collection of debt either monetarily or by sheriff sale of property?

Why don't you defend the lawsuuit? If its a collection agency that is pursuing you, your odds of winning are VERY high.

Anyhow, to answer your question, they will attempt collection immediately after the judgment is entered.
