If someone commits a crime as a juvenile and is not caught until they are any adult, how are they charged?

As they teach to say in law school it depends. First if the don't catch you until after the statue of limitation has run they can't charge you. In general that statute of limitations is 2 years, The crimes that have a longer statue of limitation generally sex offenses against children, or murder that has no statute of limitation you would be charged as a juvenile. Also you would be charged as the law was at the time.
