preliminary arraignment notice

Got paper work titled as said above.Trying tro charge me withs 18 sec 7509 ssa Furnishdrug free urine-unlawful sale/attempt. There is a girl who is trying to say I gave her free clean urine to pass her state parole drug screening.What should I do what are the poss conseqenses of this charge if found guilty?

The first thing you need to do is retain legal counsel to fight this charge, without an attorney by your side you will not know what to do. My questions to you include, is it your urine? If it is, how did she get it, have you given any samples to the police, have you made any statements to anyone about this?

The bottom line here is don't talk to anyone but your attorney on this matter.
