Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Probation Violation

Hello, i am currently on probation for a dui(length of probation is one year),i have not paid any of the fines because I was on unemployment, and then i got in trouble and plead guilty to a simple assault.I have not violated my probation previously.I was wondering what is going to happen to me as far as ...will i have to go to jail? for how long? can i get house arrest? the violation consists of failure to pay costs and failure to comply with laws for being arrested (simple assault-domestic violence) I just want to know what to expect.thanks

Re: Probation Violation

My first recommendation is that you seek counsel from an Attorney who can immediately contact the DA's office for which the charges are pending as well as to give you guidance. Without knowing more specific details of your DUI and assault charges, as well as the terms of your probation, I cannot give you a cut and dry answer.
