Anullment?

I was married on August 12, 2006 and my husband has been in jail since September 28, 2006. I feel as though he has abandoned me and was wondering, what are the laws of getting an Anullment in PA?

While annulment is possible based on lack of consummation, or for other reasons, it is also more time consuming and expensive. My suggestion is a simple divorce. If your husband agrees to it, it can be accomplished in 5 months. If he does not agree, you can be divorced anyway after 2 years separation.
