Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

bills left behind

My husband and i have seperate accounts on everything. he has his bills and i have mine. if one of us should pass on, are these bills then the responsibility of the spouse left behind, even if they are not in that spouses name?

The bills should become the responsibility of his estate.

That's not to say that the creditors will not try to come after you.
