Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Child Custody

My wife left the other day with my 6 month old son and said she would be home after a birthday party at 2 P.M. I failed to hear from her and at 7 P.M. I reached her on her cell phone. She said she would not be returning that evening and she was not bringing my son home. She said she would call in the morning to tell me when she would bring him home. Now when I talked to her this morning I asked where I could go and pick him up and she said that I could not and they would not be home. We have been married since December of 2007 and are not legally seperated or divorced. What steps must I take to be able to get my son home?

Re: Child Custody

We would need to file for custody as soon as possible. You will need to know where she is, in order to serve her with the paperwork. Please contact me to discuss.
