Child support

I am legally seperated from my wife. We are in the process of getting divorced. Do I owe her child support now, while I am seperated? or does the child support start when I am legally divoced? I do not live with her.

Child support begins when she files for it,as long as it is though support court. So ,yes your oblligation starts with separation, but is enforcible from date she files.
