Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my husband took our kids..

I left my husband, and he filed for partial custody. After filing and before the masters hearing, he took the children out of state. I have been told that this is parental kidnapping, is this true, or is he allowed to do this? Also, he has said that he is not going to bring them back till the masters hearing comes up, 1 month away, can he do this also? He is also saying that he is going to stop the children from seeing or being around my friends, can he do this? note, I have filed for full custody.

Without a custody agreement there is nothing to for the courts to enforce. However, it would appear that you have grounds for an emergency petition.

Given the facts you present it would be in your best interests to get an attorney.
