Legal Guardianship from Stepfather

Does my sons stepfather have legal guardianship over him? I want to take him off the authorized person list at school cause my ex wife keeps sending him to get him early. That way he cant do it.

You asked about legal guardianship.

Your question isn't actually about guardianship, but...

As long as a legal guardian, responsibly, authorizes another person to act in their stead then there's nothing the other parent can do. The only thing to consider is if "getting him early" deprives the kid of something, such as an education or participation in extracurricular activities.
