Death Records
My brother who lives in Ambridge PA committed suicide and the family is unsure of why. Is there any way to get his medical reocrds because we feel as though he was given a diagnosis of cancer. It would give us some closure to know if this is what the problem was

The executor of your brother's estate can sign a HIPPA authorization and send it, along with a request for medical records, to the doctor's office or hospital records department. There is often a small cost for reproducing the records.
