Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

A co worker and I (bother 17 years old) recently worked at a grocery store. We basically got in trouble because we used a club card and it was ''against the rules'' to use our own club card for other customers. Other employees do the same thing, yet we were the only ones that got in trouble. They called me into the office with two men from Loss Prevention. They made fun of me for being asthmatic and mocked me. The also made me sign a document which no guardian of mine was around to witness and I am under ago. What do you think of this? Could I make a case of it?
