Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

On the job harassment

My brother harassed on the job for at least a year by both coworkers and management. He is constantly teased and has been called a faggot. He is a quiet man who works very hard (he is ''salaried'' but works 56 hours a week for a measly pay). How much does he have to take before he can quit and collect unemployment. Also, please let me know what ''salaried'' is. He is not in management.

Re: On the job harassment

As to the pay issue, the new overtime rules from DOL might have some impact and get him some more money. As to harrassment, certain facts must be established. I offer free consultations.
