Got evicted because I called the pa board of health because I have over 100 bats that live in my house which also smells. I was hospitalized of 15 days but no dr. will confirm its from the bats. Landlord is mad cause i reported them .It would cost 850.00 tom fix the problem but they wont

Not sure what you are asking in terms of your options. I would suggest perhaps filing a lawsuit against the landlord, if you can show that you got sick because of the bats in the house.
