i received a sexual in nature text message from a coworker that is a high exec i belive my company wont disipline him and i fear my job my be at stake for reporting this

You may want to see if the company has any written policies concerning sexual harassment. If there is an internal procedure you have to follow that to complain about this before resorting to administrative or legal action.
