traffic ticket with charge section 3111-A

i got a traffic ticket and charge mentioned is ''above is observed by Police/ failing to obey traffic control device stop sign. Police told me that there is no points added for this violation. Is that right???

assuming you are a licensed driver in Pennsylvania then there is no points for this violation.
