Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

Fired

I was still on my probation period 1 month on new job. injured back at work. had i operation 1 month later off work for 3 months then 2 more surgeries been off a total of 10 months just got staples out yesterday. received termination letter today..can i be fired?

Your wrongful discharge was an outrage. The Workers' Comp Judge will not like it that you were mistreated. You may have a suit in Common Please Court for a violation of the public policy exception to at-will employment under the Geary v. US Steel case. you also may have a Family Medical Leave Act case in federal court.
