Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

I am a full time employee, but employer said I will only get paid for 20 hours a week on workers comp. Is this legal?

Work comp should pay you 2/3 of your lost wages. The amount of money you get from work comp is a simple mathematical calculation based on the wages earned in the year before your injury.
