Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

Is it true in the state of pennsylvania if you are on workmens comp and enroll in school if your employer does not offer you light duty work until after your tuition has been paid your are not required by law to accept that job?

Assuming you are in school due to the work injury, there is case law, Burgess, etc. that hold that the employer would be required to honor your school schedule when asking you to seek alternative work. So, it depends on whether your class schedule is being honored by the employer's job offer.
