workmans comp

i was terminated during a open workmans comp claim, i have an MRI appointment, am I still covered by my former employers insuance?

If the treatment is for a work related injury your employer's insurance should still cover it.

John, I thinkI need more information, do you mean terminated from employment or were your workers' comp benefits terminated? If you were terminated from employment, and you are not working presently because of your work injury, you would be entitled to have your benefits turned back on and you would be entitled to all reasonable necessary and related medical benefits.
