Violation of parole

My son is 19 and violated parole for burgulary in 3rd. he was arrested and ws told he woudl have a preliminary hearing, i did not go and he was sentenced to 4 yrs. in Kirkland in a level 3 yard, i think this is max security. can this happen to a first tiem offender? and can I hope to beat this in court? I need help also how much it will cost? I need to get my son some help.

I understand that these things are hard for someone like yourself to explain if you have not had a lot of experience with the legal system. I have a couple questions. It probably be easier if you just called. I wouldn't charge you for talking to you. Was he originally convicted of burgulary and was that the crime he was on parole for? What was it they said he did to violate his parole? Did he have a trial or did he plead guilty? How long ago did all of this happen? If you click on my name you will see my phone number.
