Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

My estranged husband moved his lover and her 15 year old son in with hiim (he only has two bedrooms) we are not divorced and have a 7 year old daughter. What are my options as for

visitation I do not want overnite visitation. My daughter has just met this woman and she moved

to SC from Texas to be with my husband.

He will not get overnight visitation with his paramour around if you oppose this.

You can petition the Court to prevent him from having the child around the girlfriend at all or at least overnight. Most judges in SC will not allow him to have the child around her until you are divorced. However, the longer you do nothing and permit him to do so, the greater the chance that he may be allowed to continue doing so.
