SC Settled civil suit for auto accident

what is the difference between dismissed with prejudice or dismissed without prejudice. I believe there definetly is a difference. Thank you

Dismissed With Prejudiced means its over for good. You can never come back again and sue or bring a claim. Dismissed Without prejudice means the opposite. It means that the action is over for now, but there is no order ending it for good.
