Legal Question in Traffic Law in South Carolina

re-instatement fee

The re-instatement fee was $30.00 per violation and has changed to $100.00 per violation in SC. I have some violations from back when the fee was still $30.00. Do I have to pay $100.00 for the ones that accured while the fee was $30.00?

I'm sorry, but I don't know off-hand. Most likely it is $30.00. You can simply call the Department of Motor Vehicles and they can tell you (DMV). Usually any fine or fee will remain the same regardless of when it is paid.
