Lien against property

We won a case to collect payment fron a renter, and we want to put a lien on the property she owns. What form do we file?

Most attorneys do not charge a large fee to do a simple judgment lien. But I will tell you that you need to get a certified copy of your judgment and attach it to the lien you draw up. The easiest way to see how a lien is drawn up is to go to the county deeds office and see if they can show you a sample judgment lien form. You must include the exact legal description of the property in the lien instrument.
