Is impotence grounds for an annulment?

In Tennessee most judges would grant an annulment based on impotence.... but only if the woman sought the annulment reasonably quickly and only if she was unaware of the impotence before the marriage and there was no way the man could correct it, and it was not a problem of not being able to perfom part of the time but was instead total impotence.
