Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

child moving

My husband is in the military and we just moved and have a possibility to move every couple of years. My son's father hasn't been in contact or accepted any certified mail that I've sent in 8yrs. Do I have to continue to send him letters to let him know where we are when we move? We just moved from TN to NV.

Official legal advise: follow the law. Alternatively: The old adage: better safe than sorry is a course I would recommend that you take. It doesn't take much of your time to do the right thing and although his father may not care to know that you made every effort----your son-- as he gets older--most likely will.
