Dating while seperated

Filed for divorce April 7 2005. We had 2 houses, so to keep the kids from moving (ages 9, 14 & 21)my husband and I move in and out of the house every Sunday. This started May 1, 2005. Its awful! The judge agreed to this because the divorce was going to be fast tracked. But now we can not get a court date until Dec. 2006. My question is how long do you have to wait till i start dating? It gets lonely at the other house by your self with nobody to talk to.

How long do you need to wait to start dating for what? To please your mother? To avoid confusing your kids? To avoid it being used as grounds for the divorce? Tennessee law doesn't address the question the way you have asked it. I suggest that you ask the attorney representing you in the divorce.
