Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Follow previous court papers or papers being written

2 years ago, my ex & I went to court to get child support increased & paid thru the court and to get the visitation arrangement changed from alternating wkends to two wkends in a row and then two wkends off(to suit his work schedule). However, I have never received any paperwork to this effect. Countless calls to my attorney for whatever reason remain unreturned.I have no idea why I haven't received the paperwork, but I do know that my ex has not received it either. Up until now, we have been following what we had agreed to 2 yrs ago patiently waiting on the papers. Now, he is threatening to go back to alternating wkends and reducing the child support, because that is what the only papers on file with the court say. What am I suppose to follow? The papers on file, or the papers I am waiting on to be signed? There is a fairly new law in TN stating something about my denying him visitation twice, I can be either held in contempt or arrested. Can I really be arrested on the spot, if he comes by twice to pick them up when it is not his wkend? Or will the officers just say that it is his word against mine concerning whose wkend it is and to settle it in court?
