Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Tennessee

is it to late how much time

is it to late for my son who just turn 15 year s old to file a lawsuit in which happen from a birth injury in which now he has cerebralpalsy and has to use a wheelchair to get around.I just found out that it was a mistake i just need to find him a good lawyer.
