Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee

I have Taken Levaquin, prior to a torn rotator cuff, and tendon tear which required surgery to repair. I just wondered if it is possible to file a personal injury lawsuit separately from the class action suit, so that I can actually recover my losses, and not just enrich a law firm?

Generally, you do not have to join in the class action suit to recover. That being said, I would need more details before I could give you a better opinion.
