Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I got a payday loan and I am having a hard time coming up with the money to pay, they are now calling me 10+ times a day, came to my house and place of employment. They are also starting to threaten me saying that they are going to press charges. Can they do this or is this harassment?

This is harassment.
Your EMPLOYER can stop them from coming to your place of employment. He should have the guts to lay down the law to them.
The next time they call, tell them, "I will pay you when I can. Stop calling me." And after that, don't accept any more of their calls. HANG UP ON THEM. Do this every time.
And pay them when you can.
