Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
judgement/credit card
i already have a judgement against me in the amount of over 12,000.00 and now they want me to fill out a discover paper and put down everything that i own, or else be in contempt of court. what can i do, i have offered to make monthly payments.

It may be too late...but contact a lawyer..you need to answer discovery of your assets but need guidance ...and you may discover you had a defense to the judgment...but if you had a lawyer..call that lawyer..NOW
