Using money belonging to some one else

Been on probation know for 7 years for a ten year probation

for felony of using funds wrongly. Got divorcee after being

on probation for 3 years. Was paying 870. Dollars then. Since divorce only paying 100. A month . What will happen when my probation is up on 2007 which will be 10 years. Will i have to go to jail. Please help me with some answer. Thank you

Don't break any more laws, and go back to family court to get your child support adjusted to be proportional to your income to keep your arrearage amounts down.

They are unlikely to jail you for contempt if you are doing your best to pay, but you need to get into court to get your child support adjusted so you don't wind up owing money for he rest of your life.
