Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Afternoon,

i recieved a certified letter from an atty. representing my sister over my deceased fathers will. i recieved a copy in the certified mail and notice it was signed and dated with two witnesses in 2012. it also stated not to be found (the witnesses) whatever that means, it was also notorized this year 2014 not at signing ... did the law change or can it be notorized at a later date. my father had me write one 2013 for him to sign, so i did. and showed that one to my sister and i guess shes ignoring the fact. her attoney mention nothing of the will, and then said none contested the will my sister had, so it was legal and stands?
