It is called adultry, you are correct. You have to decide if you want to file for divorce or not.

Google "grounds for divorce in Texas".

Read websites like: http://www.citmedialaw.org/legal-guide/texas/texas-recording-law

Document everything, Try not to have private conversations, involve your family members or a friend who could testify truthfully as to what they heard and you may record such conversations. You can say your friend/family is there to help keep it civil.

If you decide to go for a divorce, you can be aggressive or you can say "look I cannot deal with this, lets get an agreed divorce" Google "agreed divorce in Texas" or "collaborative divorce in Texas" Divorces can be nasty proceedings but they don't always have to be. For example, you can put in your proceedings "inrecconcilible differences" or you can put in groundsfor divorce like - adultry etc Regardless, have an attorney draw up the pleadings and approach her about the divorce. If is not received will, file your petition before she hires an attorney and files.

Feel free to call if you have any questions.
