Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

what happens ?

Im going through a divorce and finally got temp.court order.my x husband has not followed any of the orders except seeing daughter he's ordered to pay 500.child support and 500 spousal support he hasnt paid child support since may 2005.what happens to him for violating court orders is there any way it would be to my daughter and my advantage.he has supervised visitation he doesnt take care of our daughter.please help so my family can have some piece of mind.thank you for your time

how did you get these temp orders? Did you have an atty? have you taked to your atty about this?Does yor X have the ability to pay? Can you pay your atty? If not, you're in a tough spot because there's not many attys who can work for free.
