Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I was paying for my new car by myself (all the papers are for my name). In case of divorce will be I able to keep my car? I am from Texas. Thank you.

If your divorce is in a Texas court, the car will either be awarded to you or to your spouse. We're assuming that it's community property.

Conceivably, the Judge could order it sold and the proceeds distributed, but this is very unlikely.
