Summer Vacation

I have my son the month of July for Summer Vacation my ex is stating on top of the child support payment I also have to pay for his daycare. Is this right?

What does the decree say? Does it obligate you to pay daycare without exception for times of possession? If so, then that is what you have to do. Sometimes a daycare requires payment regardless of whether the child is present, in order to protect their place in the daycare.
