Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Taking the child out of the state

I am remarried and my husband has been ordered to move to another state. My decree states that I can't take the child out of state. What is the chance that a judge won't allow me to move?

Depends. If the child father is still in the county/state and they are close, then slim to none. What kind of order requires a person to move to another state? You should hire a lawyer.
