Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

car trouble

My car is in my father's name. The car is payed off. We each payed about half. The insurance, registration and all repairs are done in my name and payed for by me. I'm the only driver of the car and it was bought as a present for me. Can my parents legally take the car away? If so, can I fight it?

Not legally. If you can prove it was a gift, it's yours. Good Luck.
