Recently purchased 5-6 bulk lego items on ebay. I received a package from Indiana and immedialy placed the legos in clorox to sanitize and gave to my son. Come to find out the seller sent me the wrong item. I explained to her the legos have been mixed in with my sons other legos and the box was immedialy thrown out. She is demanding $70 or she will take me to civil court in Indiana.

Nonsense. She sent you the wrong item by mistake and now she is going to take you to court in Indiana because of mistake she made? Not likely.
