Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

defimation of Charactor/discrimination/wrongful dismissal

I was accused by my supervisor in this years evaluation of being a racist and a liar but not given one instance to back up either. actually on the liar part they said ''I dont' know that you actually have but I figure you have'' but again not once istance. to people were at my job that did what I did but she is black over 40 and they gave her 4 to 5 jobs vs giving me 14 to 16 and any mistakes that she made in doing her job I was told I had to fix. went to my boss and the firm adminstrater to bring up these problem but when I was terminated the only thing they said was ''you have been talking about this problem and created a bad work enviroment'' nothing from the investgation they said they were doing towards my complaint has ever been mentioned again. also I have 2 complete recordings of myself and the boss when she called me a liar and racist. after our meeting and the accusations everyone at my firm treated me differently and I again went to the firm adminastrator and told her and had a meeting with the firm wide boss about said problem and told them the same thing. I also have 3 inch's of email showing what I said was going on was. emails cover many months but they back up what I went to discuss with them. any grounds for lawsuit ?
