Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I was injured at work and filed a workers comp claim I was put on light duty by my doctor but at work was expected to work full duty I was terminated for not performing my full duties. I filed for unemployment benefits and was denied. I don't know what I should do or what I can legally do?

fight denial of unemployment beneftis and call us for work comp claim...unless you have lost because you did not fight..
