Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Sexual Discrimination

I work for a travel club and this week they appointed a new director of sales. This director replaced a woman and I along with 3 other women were working on the sales line as sales reps and closers. The lady that was the director quit. Another lady that worked as a closer was fired, the other lady and I were given another job with a small salary and $25.00 per contract we fill out from the sales the guys make. The new sales director made the statement to the guys, when the other lady and I were not in the room that, ''at least we got rid of all the women.'' Do we have a case for sexual discrimination and if so what do we do and what could be the ramifications of our action.
