Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas
MMI and impairment rating
I recently went to a designated doctor for an MMI and impairment rating. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not received anything from the doctor. Was he supposed to send his findings to me within 7 days?

Check with DWC or carrier...or an ombudsman if you have one...
